1. Scope & Controller

This Policy applies to personal information processed by PAMC in connection with the Service.

• Account & Profile: name, email, phone, company, role, position, qualifications.
• Usage & Device: IP address, identifiers, browser/device data, pages or features used.
• Recruitment Data: resume, work history, certifications, language proficiency, training records, and recruitment pipeline status.
• Support & Communications: messages, inquiries, chat logs, and other communications sent to PAMC.
• Payment: billing details processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Cookies & Tracking: cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and performance.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected personal information to:

1. Provide, operate, and improve our recruitment, staffing, and related services.
2. Match candidates or trainees with suitable job opportunities and manage recruitment pipelines.
3. Communicate updates, support messages, and relevant job opportunities.
4. Ensure security, prevent fraud or abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
