Assist Life Manpower Corporation (PAMC) with office address at 5th floor Phoenix AppleLand Tower Roxas Boulevard Corner Ortigas Baclaran Pasay City is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with License Number A200117176 and duly accredited with the Department of Migrant Worker (DMW) under license number 226-LB-12072023-R, with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Registration Number 217-143-349-000 and with the Local Government Units and other government agencies registrations.

    Phil. Assist Life Manpower Corporation (PAMC) in connection with the Philippine Assist Life Foundation Inc., the company who is in charge of the scholarship of the trainees and the Philippine Assist Life Language and Development Center, Inc., who takes care of the language training program of the selected trainees, are the institution that make all this project possible.

    We establish and maintain a strong relationship with its counterparts as well as with the Japan side. We see to it that everything and all requirements that can cause hindrance in the deployment of our workers/trainees are being taken cared of.

    Presently, Phil. Assist Life Manpower Corporation (PAMC) has 24 Supervising Organizations, holding from one to 55 Accepting Companies and its branches. The largest demand of workers/trainees is in the Agricultural Category on both Vegetable growing and Poultry/Hog and Dairy Farm also in Construction Industry and others for technical skills categories.

    The 3 institutions are working together, with the same goal and vision to promote a quality program for the trainees/workers under our supervision and to become a responsible and law abiding institution.

    The three institutions are the leading agencies for the worker/trainee program working to promote their education through the Japanese language program, enhancing their knowledge for greater work opportunities and give the trainees support for their training such as lodging and allowances.

    Phil. Assist Life Manpower Corporation (PAMC) desires to enhance the worker/trainee’s skills through the assistance of the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA), by prioritizing qualified skilled vocational graduates who were trained to deliver competence and possesses excellent characters that would bring about mutual trust and benefits from our counterparts.

    The Phil. Assist Life Manpower Corporation (PAMC) does not end its support to its workers/trainees until its completion/expiration of training in Japan, but are making them ready to face greater challenges to become globally competitive either locally or abroad. There are also prepared future market for them in Singapore, Australia, Europe and North America. It is our future vision.

    Our Story

    From humble beginnings to industry leadership

    PAMC started as PHILIPPINE ASSIST-LIFE FOUNDATION, INC. (PAF) on 2005, governed by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

    On June 2010, the STTP Program was transferred to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). The guidelines of sending technical intern trainees divided into two, conducting of Japanese Language study and deployment procedures. The Japanese Language study managed by TESDA, with the License No. NTR 20101305151 issued on December 3, 2010. Which is the name of Philippine Assist-life Language and Development Center, INC. (PALDC).

    And on June 2011, we established Phil Assist life Manpower Corporation (PAMC), under the POEA License to do the function sending technical skill trainees to Japan.

    The POEA – OTIT Organizational Technical Intern Training Scheme aims to intensify the training of industry workers through update and acquisition of new skills and technologies from develop countries like Japan. It also aims to strengthen the cooperation and friendship between Japan and the Philippines.

    Our Roots

    We began as PHILIPPINE ASSIST-LIFE FOUNDATION, INC. (PAF), governed by TESDA—focused on training and development.

    2010

    Program Transition

    PAMC Established

    We established Phil Assist Life Manpower Corporation (PAMC) under POEA to send technical intern trainees to Japan.
